To our ASC Family & valued customers,
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities which has guided all our decisions. I wanted to take a moment today to share with you what we are doing to ensure that our customers and co-workers are safe and cared for as this situation continues to evolve. Your health and well-being continue to be our priority, and it is essential that you feel safe and secure, both mentally and physically, when returning to ASC. We have put additional safety and support measures in place:
- We maintain high standards for the quality and cleanliness of our locations every day. During this time, we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing all stores, distribution centers and offices as an added precaution. We will close on Monday to the public for deep cleaning.
- We are reminding our co-workers and customers to take appropriate preventive hygiene methods to minimize the potential risk of infection through in-store signage and communication.
- We have trained each of our staff in the proper social distancing procedures to ensure a safe physical distance between people at all times.
- We will provide the neccessary supplies our co-workers need to work safely, including hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks.
- We will happily offer curbside delivery of any product or repair pickup if you choose. Call us at any of our locations to arrange curbside delivery.
We will continue to watch this situation closely and take guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities. Please be assured, we are taking all necessary steps to keep our ASC family and friends safe and are prepared to take any further actions as this situation develops.Never has there been a better time to live our values, as we navigate through the weeks and months ahead.
