QUILT: BeColourful Happiness 2.0 Wall Hanging
Have you dabbled in foundation paper piecing (FPP) and like the results, but want to build your skills? This four-part wall hanging class is just up your alley! Join Carol Stanek to learn 13 different techniques to build your skills and become more confident in FPP.
Techniques included: paper piecing, the star, spikes, inset circles, freezer paper techniques, second seam allowance, perfect corners, sashing, flying geese, nesting seams, pin basting, easing fabrics, and using fabric sparingly.

Kit price for class members is $161.49, if you want to choose your own fabrics the pattern for class members is $31.49
Dates: Friday, May 10th; Friday, June 14th; Friday, July 12th; and Friday, August 9th
Time: 10:30am - 3pm
Class Fee: $143 for all 4 sessions

| Instructor Bio: | Carol made her first paper pieced quilt designed by Judy Neimeyer in a class taught by a certified instructor in 2013. She fell in love with the organized preparation and sewing process of the Quiltworx patterns which, sold her on Judy's way! Carol attended more workshops taught by Judy and other certified instructors and with the encouragement of her closest friend, she began the journey of becoming a Quiltworx Certified Instructor. Carol has been teaching classes at quilt shops and guilds in the Atlanta area, and will continue to teach Quiltworx patterns and the Technique of the Month Programs. She loves teaching and seeing people learn and grow more confident in creating beautiful quilts. Carol comes highly recommended by her students, which is how Atlanta Sewing Center discovered her! Carol lives in the Atlanta metro-area and teaches throughout the southeastern region. |
